Fifty four miles for my fifty fourth birthday.  Nothing much for somebody that has done Century rides in the past, but I doubt that I could have done 53@53!  I took my early 70's Dawes Galaxy.  One of my lighter bikes would have made it easier, but I was more interested in doing it comfortably - if I could do it at all.
Hard to say if 15 years of riding, or taking the last nine months off made it possible, but I'm just happy I could do it.  Now I don't have any excuses for not pushing myself farther.
I can hardly wait until I'm 100 and can run off and do another Century ride!
